In 1989, Chris Church had several foundation repair companies visit his residence to evaluate his foundation repair needs. After they left, Chris realized that he could perform a better job and provide a better overall customer experience. So, in 1990, he founded Church Foundation Repair. And, through word of mouth, the company grew.
As the foundation repair business and his list of references grew, Chris discovered that customers didn’t need repeat foundation repair more than once because once a slab is repaired, there should not be any repeat business. So, in 1996, Robert Shelton joined the company bringing with him Spring Air, an HVAC (air conditioning and heating) company. In addition to adding HVAC division, Church started a plumbing division with just one plumber and a helper. In doing this, Church Foundation Repair became Church Services.
