Operated by Jim and Teresa Lemley, we are proud to serve our hometown of Newark and its surrounding cities. WE began Lem-Aire Heating & Cooling LLC in January of 1995, after Jim’s 10 - year experience of employment in the HVAC field. He desired to take his HVAC expertise to another level to pursue the State Certifications and requirements that were necessary to operate and maintain a business. Jim’s determination and through his achievements combined with Teresa’s office working experience;
Lem-Aire Heating & Cooling LLC officially began operating as an HVAC entity on January 1st of 1995.
