Jim Walsh was surprised to discover how many clients had problems with the various cleaning contractors they were employing. Analyzing the issue, Mr. Walsh became convinced that the primary cause of poor cleaning service performance was due to the lack of proper supervision of cleaning personnel. Convinced that he could do a better job of supervising staff, he established NJ Commercial Cleaning Service in 1990.

Although we have grown since then, rest assured that Mr. Walsh’s original “hands-on” philosophy still applies. Every job continues to be personally supervised by our owner.
