Tile and Grout Cleaning

Your tile and grout are porous and are notorious for holding in a lot of dirt! The first thing we do is spray an alkaline cleaning solution (Procyon Tile and Grout Cleaner) which is 100% environmentally safe and 100% non-toxic, onto your tile and grout. Procyon penetrates deep inside your tile and grout loosening up the dirt that has probably been there for years. After a few minutes of dwell time we then flush out the dirt (and the Procyon) from your tile and grout using clean water at over 200 degrees Fahrenheit and at about 1,000 psi. Very hot water will come into your home through a high pressure line hose at about 1,000 psi., spraying into your tile and grout and forcing the dirt out of the porous floor. All that dirt is immediately sucked right back out into our van, leaving you with very clean tile and grout.

Upholstery Cleaning

We first remove all the cushions from your furniture and vacuum deep within the crevices. Then (when accessible) we prespray the entire upholstered fabric; front, back, and sides of the furniture. We also clean both sides of the cushions and pillows. The pre-spray that we use is called Procyon and is 100% safe for babies and pets. The purpose of the prespray is to separate the dirt from the fibers. The longer dirt is on anything, the more it adheres, so we want to break that bind between the two. We then let the Procyon dwell for a few minutes to give the prespray a chance to work.
