When my dad, Amos Smith, started Smith Heating and Air 41 years ago, he had one priority in mind: keeping his customers comfortable.
Unfortunately, my dad is no longer with us, but he passed down his good business sense and pride in his work to me, his son Mike. So, today, our number one priority remains the same: keeping you comfortable in your home, 24 hours a day.
When my dad passed, we changed the name of the business to AM Mechanical. We have always worked hard for the local homeowner's in the area, but we also help the commercial properties with their heating and cooling needs too. Whether at home or at work, we want you to be happy and comfortable. You can't sleep well or work well if you're too hot or too cold.
My dad taught me how to keep our customers happy, and he taught me the mechanics of keeping heating and air systems running properly. Sure, there are new technologies that we stay up-to-date on; there are lots of new ways to save money on your energy bills, so we make sure our customers know all of that too. But, in the end, your satisfaction with our work and our service is what keeps us going.
For more than 40 years, my family has been a part of the local community working here, living here and being involved. Nothing makes us happier than serving our community; we hope you'll continue to let us assist you with any of your heating or cooling needs.
