Bob Casteel developed this trust and reputation by providing world class service, offering high quality products at affordable prices and backing his work up with exceptional warranties.
Before all the trucks, the employees, and the reputation, Bob and Janis Casteel worked tirelessly to create a customer focused company. In 1987, they started the company with one small red service truck, an office and workshop in the basement of their home, and an advertising budget that included handing out business cards to neighbors.
