Ever since I was a little girl, I knew what I wanted to do with my life. With a mom that would go to extreme lengths to help rescue a stray dog, or take me and just stop by the shelter every few days to spend some time giving the shelter animals some love, I learned how important it was to help animals in need.
Knowing at a young age that I can make a difference, that I can save an animals life, made me only want to do it more and more as I got older. I started rescuing dogs from high kill shelters when I turned 18 years old. The emense joy it brought me to save a dogs life and be able to match them with the most amazing familes is priceless. I will rescue dogs until the day I die.
