Don Rackler, Jon Wayne's founder, has been serving the San Antonio area since the mid 1970's. In 1974, he was awarded the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America (VICA) National Champion. He now hosts the VICA SkillsUSA Texas competition at Jon Wayne's state-of-the-art training facility, The Jon Wayne Academy.
