Jere is a native Minnesotan, but always had a love for Texas and visited often. He has participated in all aspects of the dog business since he was 12 years old, including working in a boarding kennel, as a professional dog groomer, and as a professional dog handler for many years. Having been close friends with the previous owner of Pecan Grove Kennel and spent much time there, Jere jumped at the opportunity to move to Texas and purchase the kennel. Now an approved AKC dog show judge, Jere is enjoying every minute at the kennel as Owner/Manager.
