My wife & I started Pest Commander for multiple reason. After working for 2 major pest control companies I saw things they were lacking. They didn't seem to focus on you, the customer. It seemed like customers were account numbers and dollar signs. They had "programs" & "protocols". Every customer and every account is different with their own set of challenges. You can't have a one size fits all policy.
We know our customers by name and they know us, we have become like family. We care about you, not about what we can sell you. We take time at your property to make sure the job is done right and to show you the value in what we do FOR YOU.
At Pest Commander, we don't believe in contracts. You shouldn't be forced to keep a service you're not happy with. With that being said, we work extra hard to please our customers and in return, they keep our service and even refer us to their friends & family. That is the greatest compliment we could get.
