OUR HISTORY Waldman Brothers Electric, Inc. was formed on April 29, 1975 when George A. Waldman decided that his sons should have a family business of their own. At that time, George was a Master Electrician and a retired partner of Waldman Electric, West Reading.
His Sons, Anthony, Richard, and Carl, all who were electricians working for other companies, and his Son in Law, John Sausen, an accountant, were the first 4 stockholders of the new corporation.
